Things just got a little easier on Thursday when Toledo Owens Community College forward James Kelly decided to sign the The U. Kelly is a 6-foot-8, 240-pounder who averaged 18.5 points and 10.1 rebounds per game last season, setting single-season and career school records for rebounds and blocked shots.
Kelly, a three-star prospect, chose Miami over Michigan State, New Mexico and West Virginia and he will be on UM’s campus this summer to start his integration into Coach L’s program.
