With no disrespect towards the aforementioned names, our new Ron Fraser tribute tee holds a special place in our hearts and we couldn’t be happier to be involved with the project.
allCanes worked with the Fraser family on this design, based on a 1992 creation we did for Miami’s run towards Omaha.
Bruce Palmer helped us modernize a classic design, complete with “FRASER” and “1” on the back and “The Wizard Of College Baseball” and a diamond design, with Coach on the front.
Shirts are expected in-store either late Thursday or early Friday, but will be available for pre-order on our site Wednesday morning. Youth and standard adult-sized tees will retail for $22.00 with larger sized (2X and 3X) going for $24.00
While the price seems a few dollars higher than our standard tee, it’s because we’re again giving back, this time to the “Ron Fraser Wizard Fund” as ten dollars from each t-shirt sale will go directly back to UM and the statue being built in Coach’s honor. (Click here to donate online!)
The ‘Fraser Celebration Of Life’ will take place at 4pm ET on Saturday February 23rd at the Knight Sports Complex (on UM’s campus), with doors opening at three. Admission is free, but seating is limited.
Our goal is for it to be a packed house full of diehard Hurricanes, all with “FRASER” and “1” on their backs, while paying respect to a legend and an amazing human being.
Please support the cause and help spread the word through reposting and reTweeting.
