Breaking Tradition; No Signing Session This Year

A tradition that kicked off in the spring of 2002, where we hosted a handful of national championship Canes, is on hiatus for 2012.

We regrettably announce that allCanes will not be hosting any recent NFL Drafted UM football players this spring, due to a handful of reasons.

Unfortunately when you’re on the heels of a 6-6 season and a half-decade down cycle, events of this nature prove more difficult to pull off.

Hopefully this is a a rare, one-year occurrence and an aberration as our spring signing sessions have become tradition over this past decade – for fans, players and us as a business.

For those who have inquired about this year’s session and have supported past in-store appearances, thank you as you’re provided a great reminder what those events mean to the fan base.

We will work twice as hard to ensure that April 2013 is the beginning of a new tradition.

Go Canes. #UFamily.
