Last night’s 44th edition of the Annual Banquet featured eight Hurricanes honored for their accomplishments at UM. Those eight were Patricia Allen (Track), Ray Bellamy (Football), Desma Thomas Bateast (Basketball), Bryant McKinnie (Football), Richard Mercier (Football), Robbie Morrison (Baseball), Ed Reed (Football) and Paige Yaroshuk Tews (Women’s Tennis Coach).
Beast and Platon were able to get some good stuff out of the majority of the attendees, as well as others like Rubin Carter and Alex Santos, who were also in attendance.
If you missed last night’s edition of allCanes Radio, you missed a real must-hear event. Click here to check it out in the archives and enjoy and again, a hearty congrats to the eight new inductees to the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame.
