Nike moved up the date of the new Miami Pro Combat Jersey. Originally slated for a Saturday release, the jerseys will now be on sale, in store at 10am ET on Friday November 20th.
The limited edition jerseys will be first come/first serve. One jersey per customer and no discounts will apply for this item.
In an effort to help our out of town customers, any remaining jerseys will be on sale, online at 2pm ET. Check back with allCanes.com then to see what’s available.
Store hours this weekend are as follows: 10am to 7pm on Friday… 8am to 7pm on Saturday… 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
They will be available online at 2pm Friday? Will the hats and T-shirts be available as well?
Are these uniforms going to be worn on field from here on out? Or is this just like a one game experiment by Nike?
allCanes will be selling the replica version of the white away jersey worn at South Florida in the season finale.
The jersey above is the replica version, though it will have sewn-on numbers, instead of the standard silk-screened numbers other replicas have.
This is a one-and-done jersey for Nike… for now. Only plan is to wear for the USF game — like the Revolution Jerseys for the GT game years back.
This is simply Nike trying to do something new and to add another product to the product line. Fans have proven that they like the new-look stuff, as do the recruits.
For all those who "hate" these jerseys, remember that Miami was one of ten schools included in this promo and that this is the type of stuff recruits eat up. It keeps the Canes current and relevant, so even if they're not up your alley – you never know which recruit might dig it.
… and yet, hats and t-shirts available Friday morning as well. All the Nike Pro Combat Gear will be for sale Friday morn.

Standard Nike jersey price of $79.99. That's what all the hybrid jerseys cost (re: sewn on numbers instead of silk-screened.)

I would assume all the jerseys would be sold after the season, as they have been in years passed.
In the past, you called the athletic department and could buy. These days they're all sold in bulk to the highest bidder, which has been CollegeJersey.com in recent years. They then mark up the price on the big time numbers and sell away. I would assume that'll be the case again, but don't quote me on it.

Well, nothing is as bad as the single orange sleeve Nike Revolution jersey of 2005 against Georgia Tech.

When I was a kid I had this game with geared wheels that fit in a master geared wheel and you would use different colored pens to make designs. Damned if those shoulders don't remind me of some of those designs !!! Ah…..childhood…..
